More like a place to come and have a mediterranean meal, not really a cafe in the way that I would usually think of it. There is music playing but it's barely audible, and there is a smell of cigarettes inside since the door is left wide open so the smoke from the outside tables lingers heavily. Although the tables are a great size, they are all four-seaters meaning that any individual looking to sit for some time is going to be taking up four spaces. Since there are basically no cakes, pastries or anything that could be a nice companion to a hot drink, you're left with either ordering a drink on its own (which doesn't seem adequate to compensate the establishment for taking up 4 seats for more than 20 minutes) or ordering a full meal which is not usually what I'm after. Despite these feelings, the owner was clear that he would not mind if I stayed until closing which was about 1.5 hours from the time I arrived. Free wifi provided which seems to have a decent connection speed.
