This is a perfectly pleasant café for a relaxed visit, whether that’s meeting a friend, sitting with a newspaper, or simply enjoying a well-made coffee. For those who care about their brew, it’s clear that coffee is taken seriously here, and that focus comes through in the overall offering.
It’s much less suited to working, though. The main seating consists of very low tables, which makes using a laptop awkward at best. A few people do attempt it, usually hunched over with devices on their laps, but it’s clearly not what the space is designed for, and not something it actively encourages.
There is a back room with additional seating, but it’s noticeably dingier and lacks the appeal of the main area. It feels more like an afterthought than a viable alternative.
Overall, it’s a good choice for coffee and conversation, but not somewhere you’d want to rely on for getting work done.
